If London, Aylmer, and St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ use the same operating authority for the operation of the EMPS that is used by Elgin, Elgin hereby consents to allowing the remote operation of the EMPS to be routed through Elgin’s SCADA system and remotely controlled at the Elgin water treatment plant. London, Aylmer and St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ further agree that any routed controls through ▇▇▇▇▇’s SCADA system shall comply with the network security requirements of Elgin, and any cost associated with adding, maintaining, modifying, or deleting the control routing and associated programming will be at the cost of London, Aylmer, and St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇.

Additional alarms occurring within the minimum one (1) hour premium pay period shall not entitle the employee to an additional one (1) hour minimum of premium pay.
