Supplemental Compensation - Platoon Duty Assistant Chiefs. A. Work Schedule Platoon Duty Assistant Chiefs shall be assigned to a specific platoon and shall be available to manage the operations of that platoon during the hours worked by that platoon. Platoon Duty Assistant Chiefs shall be responsible for securing relief during any absence in accordance with Department Rules and Regulations. B. Supplemental Compensation Supplemental compensation shall be in the form of cash payment or banked time in increments of 12 hours. Cash compensation for each 12-hour period shall be an amount equivalent to 5.5 percent of the employee’s monthly rate (including bonuses). Effective July 5, 2020, the percentage shall increase to 6.25 percent of the employee’s monthly rate (including bonuses). Supplemental compensation is limited to working behind a Platoon Duty Assistant Chief in full day (24-hour) or in one-half day (12-hour) increments; special projects approved by the Fire Chief; emergency recalls (including emergency FIMT deployments and emergency IMT deployments); and Department-approved overhead deployments. C. Banked Time 1. Platoon Duty Assistant Chiefs shall be allowed to accrue banked time up to a maximum of 432 hours at the end of any pay period. 2. At the end of the fiscal year, the Department may cash out banked time in excess of 216 hours. 3. An employee may request the conversion of banked time to cash at any time during the year, subject to the availability of budgeted funds.

  • Supplemental Compensation Pursuant to Section 7 of the Agreement, Supplemental Compensation is payable as follows.

  • Special Parental Allowance for Totally Disabled Employees (a) An employee who: (i) fails to satisfy the eligibility requirement specified in subparagraph 17.05(a)(ii) solely because a concurrent entitlement to benefits under the Disability Insurance (DI) Plan, the Long-term Disability (LTD) Insurance portion of the Public Service Management Insurance Plan (PSMIP) or via the Government Employees Compensation Act prevents the employee from receiving Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan benefits, and (ii) has satisfied all of the other eligibility criteria specified in paragraph 17.05(a), other than those specified in sections (A) and (B) of subparagraph 17.05(a)(iii), shall be paid, in respect of each week of benefits under the parental allowance not received for the reason described in subparagraph (i), the difference between ninety-three per cent (93%) of the employee's rate of pay and the gross amount of his or her weekly disability benefit under the DI Plan, the LTD Plan or via the Government Employees Compensation Act. (b) An employee shall be paid an allowance under this clause and under clause 17.05 for a combined period of no more than the number of weeks during which the employee would have been eligible for parental, paternity or adoption benefits under the Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan, had the employee not been disqualified from Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan benefits for the reasons described in subparagraph (a)(i).

  • Benefits Perquisites and Expenses During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in employee benefit and fringe benefit plans and programs generally available to the executive officers of the Company and such additional benefits as the Board may from time to time provide. In addition, Executive shall be entitled to receive the personal benefits described on Exhibit A hereto. Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for business expenses, including travel and entertainment; PROVIDED, that such reimbursement shall be limited to reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by Executive in connection with the performance of duties on behalf of the Company subject to: (i) timely submission of a properly executed Company expense report form accompanied by appropriate supporting documentation, and (ii) compliance with Company policies and procedures governing business expense reimbursement and reporting based upon principles and guidelines established by the Audit Committee of the Board, including periodic audits by the Internal Audit Department of the Company and/or the Audit Committee of the Board. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive shall in all events be entitled to reimbursement for travel expenses incurred in the performance of job duties commensurate with reimbursement policies generally available to similarly situated Vice Presidents.

  • Restricted Employment for Certain State Personnel Contractor acknowledges that, pursuant to Section 572.069 of the Texas Government Code, a former state officer or employee of a state agency who during the period of state service or employment participated on behalf of a state agency in a procurement or contract negotiation involving Contractor may not accept employment from Contractor before the second anniversary of the date the Contract is signed or the procurement is terminated or withdrawn.

  • Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.

  • Files Management and Record Retention relating to Grantee and Administration of this Agreement a. The Grantee shall maintain books, records, and documents in accordance with generally accepted accounting procedures and practices which sufficiently and properly reflect all expenditures of funds provided by Florida Housing under this Agreement. b. Contents of the Files: Grantee must maintain files containing documentation to verify all funds awarded to Grantee in connection with this Agreement, as well as reports, records, documents, papers, letters, computer files, or other material received, generated, maintained or filed by Grantee in connection with this Agreement. Grantee must also keep files, records, computer files, and reports that reflect any compensation it receives or will receive in connection with this Agreement.

  • Reporting Total Compensation of Recipient Executives 1. Applicability and what to report.
