Supplemental Professional Services; Training and Configuration. User may request that ChildPlus provide certain supplemental professional services related to Licensee’s use of the Services, including, by way of example, configuration or customization of the Licensed Application, training of Authorized Users regarding use of the Services and/or additional (enhanced) maintenance or support of the Services. See quotation provided by ChildPlus Sales Representative for a list of services and costs. However, unless otherwise set forth in this Agreement or otherwise agreed between the Parties in an Order Form to this Agreement or in a separate written agreement, ChildPlus shall have no obligation to provide or perform any such services for or on behalf of Licensee.
