Supplemental Salary Schedule Placement. A. When any vacancy in a co-curricular position exists, that vacancy will be offered to any teacher deemed qualified by the principal of the building in which the position exists and the Superintendent. If offered to a person(s) outside of the bargaining unit, the opening will be offered in conformation with O.R.C. 3313.53 regarding the hiring of co-curricular staff members.
