Wages and conditions for Supplementary Labour will be regulated by the appropriate industrial instrument that is in place between the employer and its employees provided that the Company will ensure that persons engaged as Supplementary Labour receive wages and conditions that are no less than those provided by the applicable modern award.
Production Supplementary Labour Shall mean a person or persons provided to the Company via a third party employer for the purposes of utilising their labour and skills.

There shall be not less than seventy percent directly engaged permanent (including full-time and part-time or fixed term) employees to thirty percent comprising of direct casual employees and indirectly engaged Supplementary Labour, when averaged over a three (3) month period across all Victorian sites and calculated on a ‘head count’ basis.
