SUPPLEMENTARY EMPLOYMENT. Part-time supplemental employment is not encouraged, but is permitted under the following conditions: That the additional employment must in no way conflict with the employee's hours of employment, or conflict in any way with satisfactory and impartial performance of his/her duties. The Department Head shall be notified in writing prior to engaging in supplemental employment, specifying the particular job duties and the dates and time anticipated to be employed elsewhere.
