Supply and Storage. The Developer shall propose and, following City approval, cause to be installed or upsized sufficient infrastructure to support the supply of culinary water service with adequate flow, capacity, and quality to satisfy the uses contemplated in the PD Plan, together with adequate facilities for storage of such water to be delivered to the Project. Developer shall also be responsible for all on-site water distribution systems within the Project. In respect to the installation and construction of this infrastructure, the Developer shall adhere to the specifications approved and or otherwise required by the City Engineer, particularly in relation to what constitutes sufficient infrastructure for the Project. The City’s and Developer’s engineers shall meet and confer where there is a disagreement about the sufficiency of the infrastructure required.
