Supply of Forms Sample Clauses
Supply of Forms. The Issuer will deliver to the Trustee or an authentication agent named by the Trustee for the performance of its duties hereunder, from time to time, so long as any Definitive Registered Note is outstanding, a supply of forms of Certificates sufficient to meet the Trustee’s anticipated requirements for Certificates in reasonably sufficient time for the issue of the Certificates.
Supply of Forms. If the Global Bond is pursuant to its provisions to be exchanged for Definitive Registered Bonds, the Issuer will deliver to the Registrar for the performance of its duties hereunder:
(a) a supply of forms of duly executed Bonds sufficient to meet the Registrar’s anticipated requirements for Bonds in reasonably sufficient time for the issue of the Bonds; and
(b) from time to time, so long as any Bond is outstanding, sufficient additional forms of duly executed Bonds as may be required for the performance of the Registrar’s duties,
Supply of Forms. The Union shall be responsible for the distribution of Standard Form (“SF”) 1187 for the use by an eligible member of the Union who wishes to authorize the deduction of his/her dues. SF 1188 shall also be available through the Union, and online for employees who wish to revoke the allotment as described in Section 8.
Supply of Forms. The Union will be responsible for the distribution of the SF-1187 for the use by an eligible member of the Union who wishes to authorize the deduction of the employee’s dues. T h e SF- 1188 will also be available through the Union, the Labor and Employee Relations Office, and online for employees who wish to revoke the allotment as described in Section 10.
Supply of Forms. AFGE will be responsible for the distribution of Standard Form 1187, Request for Payroll Deductions for Labor Organization Dues (SF-1187) prescribed by the Comptroller General for the use by an eligible member of AFGE who wishes to authorize the deduction of his/her dues. Standard Form 1188, Cancellation of Payroll Deductions for Labor Organization Dues (SF-1188) will be available through AFGE for employees who wish to revoke the allotment.

Standard Form 1188 will also be available through the Union, the appropriate Human Resources Office, or online at xxx.xxx.xxx/xxxxx/xxx_xxxx/xx0000.xxx, for employees who wish to revoke the allotment as described in Section 4.
Supply of Forms. If the Global Certificate is to be exchanged for Individual Certificates, the Issuer will deliver to the Registrar for the performance of its duties hereunder:
13.1.1 a supply of forms of duly executed Individual Certificates sufficient to meet the Registrar’s anticipated requirements in reasonably sufficient time for the issue of the Individual Certificates; and
13.1.2 from time to time, so long as any Individual Certificate is outstanding, sufficient additional forms of duly executed Individual Certificates as may be required for the performance of the Registrar’s duties.
Supply of Forms. If a Global Note is, pursuant to its provisions, to be exchanged for Note Certificates, the Issuer will deliver to the Registrar for the performance of its duties hereunder:
12.1.1 a supply of forms of duly executed Note Certificates sufficient to meet the Registrar’s anticipated requirements for Note Certificates in reasonably sufficient time for the issue of the Note Certificates; and
12.1.2 from time to time, so long as any Note is outstanding, sufficient additional forms of duly executed Note Certificates as may be required for the performance of the Registrar’s duties.
