Support Calls for the Target Services and Integration. Unless otherwise agreed to by Xxxxx in a signed writing, you are responsible for any and all support of the Integration and Target Services including the costs associated with it, and the provision of resources, tools and personnel. Datto may, in its discretion, redirect to you any End Users who require support with respect to the Target Services or the Integration, or who have other inquiries related thereto (“Support Calls”). You agree to respond to Support Calls promptly. If a support issue is properly identified as residing with the Datto API or Datto Products, you may request additional support from Datto. We will each provide one another with contact information for support issues.
