Support Portal. Wazuh facilitates Support and Maintenance Services via the Wazuh Support Portal. Customer access, granted during the Subscription Term per Agreement terms, requires secure credentials provided via email by the primary point of contact within Wazuh. While the number of users with access credentials is not restricted, only authorized users can manage credentials. Customer shall maintain one authorized user at all times. In the event there is no authorized user to manage credentials, Customer's representative can oer evidence of authorization, such as relevant documents or a public demonstration of authority, as required at Wazuh's sole discretion. Wazuh bears no responsibility and explicitly disclaims liability for support requests initiated via the Support Portal. Possession of valid credentials will suice as authorization, allowing Xxxxx to promptly undertake requested tasks.
