Compatibility with Third Party Software. Prior to Customer upgrading third-party software that interfaces with the Monkey Software ("Customer Third-Party Software"), Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that such Customer Third- Party Software is compatible with the Monkey Software. The Parties shall execute a Statement of Work billable per the rate card described in the Agreement if: (a) changes to Customer Third-Party Software interfacing with the Monkey Software require changes to the Monkey Software; (b) Customer requests Monkey to perform testing as a result of changes to Customer Third-Party Software interfacing with the Monkey Software; or (c) post implementation changes are required for integration between Customer Third-Party Software and Monkey Software. Notwithstanding any other provision herein to the contrary, MONKEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PERFORMANCE FAILURES OR MALFUNCTIONS RESULTING FROM AN UPGRADE TO OR DEFECTS OR ERRORS IN CUSTOMER’S THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE.

Compatibility with Third Party Software. Customer consents and acknowledges that prior to upgrading or adding a third-party software, Customer is solely responsible to verify and insure that such third-party software is compatible with the current or future versions of the Application. Xxxxx will not be responsible for any failures or malfunctions resulting from such upgrade, change, or addition of third-party software and reserves the right not to provide support for such installations.
Compatibility with Third Party Software. Customer acknowledges and agrees that prior to upgrading or adding a third-party software, Customer is solely responsible to verify and ensure that such third-party software is compatible with the current or future versions of the Application. Wazuh shall not be liable for any failures, malfunctions or disruptions resulting from such upgrade, change, or addition of third-party software and reserves the right not to provide support for such installations. Furthermore, Wazuh explicitly reserves the right to deny support for installations involving third-party software that do not comply with the terms of service or usage policies set by the third-party manufacturer.
Compatibility with Third Party Software. Xxxxxx shall ensure that any new releases of the Software provided to the Subscriber shall be compatible with current, supported versions of the following third party software: Microsoft Internet Explorer; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Windows; Google Chrome.

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • Third Party Hardware Third Party Hardware costs, if any, are invoiced upon delivery.

  • Interoperability To the extent required by applicable law, Cisco shall provide You with the interface information needed to achieve interoperability between the Software and another independently created program. Cisco will provide this interface information at Your written request after you pay Cisco’s licensing fees (if any). You will keep this information in strict confidence and strictly follow any applicable terms and conditions upon which Cisco makes such information available.

  • Server Software Subject to the terms and conditions of this XXXX, Vocera grants you the non-exclusive right to (i) install and run (“Use”) the Server Software on computer systems (each, a “Server Computer”) located at End User’s Facilities in the geographic territory designated above (“Territory”); (ii) to Use the Client Software in conjunction with Authorized Client Devices and such Server Computers; and (iii) for pilot licenses for certain Software provided on a trial basis, use such Software for the limited term specified by Vocera in writing. You may Use the standard Server Software on one primary Server Computer (or a primary cluster of computers suitably configured for productive use of the Server Software). You may install backup copies of the Server Software on backup Server Computers to provide redundancy in the event of failure of the primary Server Computer(s) but, unless you have acquired additional licenses or a failover license from Vocera, you may not run such backup or additional copies concurrently with the primary copies. Vocera grants you the right to use the applicable License Key issued by Vocera only to enable Use of the Server Software in conjunction with the licensed Server Computers. Server Software may be licensed for a Subscription Term as specified in the Quote.

  • Hardware and Software Requirements In order to access and retain Disclosures electronically, you must satisfy the following computer hardware and software requirements: access to the Internet; an email account and related software capable of receiving email through the Internet; a web browser which is SSL-compliant and supports secure sessions, and hardware capable of running this software.
