Support Technique Standard. Conformément aux présentes clauses et conditions et sous réserve de leur respect de la part du Client, l’achat d’une Licence de Logiciel donne au Client le droit de bénéficier d’un « Support Technique Standard » tel que défini par iGrafx à sa seule discrétion. A la date de rédaction des présentes, le Support Technique Standard assuré par iGrafx confère au Client (i) un droit d’accès gratuit à des ressources d’assistance en libre service sur le web (base de connaissances et autres outils en ligne) et (ii) une assistance technique par courrier électronique pendant la Période de Garantie. Ces services de support sont uniquement disponibles pour la Version Majeure la plus récente du Logiciel. iGrafx fournira un effort raisonnable pour traiter les demandes d’assistance et peut ne pas être en mesure de résoudre tous les problèmes ou de satisfaire à toutes les demandes. iGrafx ne s’engage à apporter son assistance que si le Logiciel est utilisé dans des conditions appropriées et avec les configurations matérielles, les composants et les systèmes d’exploitation pour lesquels il a été conçu. iGrafx se réserve le droit de modifier sans préavis les conditions afférentes à son offre de Support Technique Standard.

  • Architecture The Private Improvements shall have architectural features, detailing, and design elements in accordance with the Project Schematic Drawings. All accessory screening walls or fences, if necessary, shall use similar primary material, color, and detailing as on the Private Improvements.

  • Design Criteria and Standards All PROJECTS/SERVICES shall be performed in accordance with instructions, criteria and standards set forth by the DIRECTOR.

  • Protocols Each party hereby agrees that the inclusion of additional protocols may be required to make this Agreement specific. All such protocols shall be negotiated, determined and agreed upon by both parties hereto.

  • Interoperability To the extent required by applicable law, Cisco shall provide You with the interface information needed to achieve interoperability between the Software and another independently created program. Cisco will provide this interface information at Your written request after you pay Cisco’s licensing fees (if any). You will keep this information in strict confidence and strictly follow any applicable terms and conditions upon which Cisco makes such information available.

  • WORKLOAD STANDARDS One (1) Direct Service Hour (DSH) will be equal to sixty (60) minutes of direct services.

  • Software Upgrades Software Upgrades consist of new product releases which are issued periodically and may include new functionality, enhancements, and bug fixes. Software Upgrades are provided only for standard hardware platforms and operating systems supported by COMSPOC as described in the Documentation. Software Upgrades will apply only to unmodified Software and commercially released updated versions of the Software. You are responsible for making or arranging for updates to interfaces for nonstandard devices or custom applications. Software Upgrades are provided subject to the terms and conditions of the then current and applicable COMSPOC Software License Agreement, available on COMSPOC’s website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/sla or with the deliverable Software or upon request. All major product releases and maintenance releases will be made available and may be shipped directly to you, upon request by contacting your COMSPOC point of contact or xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx. You may upgrade to the latest product version at any time during the term of the Annual Support and Upgrades Agreement. If you opt not to renew the Annual Support and Upgrade Agreement, You have 60 days from the end of the Annual Support and Upgrades Agreement term to upgrade to the latest product version available prior to the end of the Annual Support and Upgrades Agreement term. If You request an upgrade beyond this 60-day period, You will be required to renew the Annual Support and Upgrades Agreement in order to upgrade to the latest product version.

  • Design At no cost to SCE, Seller shall be responsible for:

  • Compatibility 1. Any unresolved issue arising from a mutual agreement procedure case otherwise within the scope of the arbitration process provided for in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall not be submitted to arbitration if the issue falls within the scope of a case with respect to which an arbitration panel or similar body has previously been set up in accordance with a bilateral or multilateral convention that provides for mandatory binding arbitration of unresolved issues arising from a mutual agreement procedure case.

  • Firmware The Contractor shall deliver firmware required for production acceptance testing in accordance with CDRL A009 Contractor’s Supplier Configuration Management Plan.   • Design Standards Most recent edition of the “Owner’s Design Standards,” including any partial updates as may be directed by the Owner.
