Support with Client's Contingency Planning. 1.9.1 The Contracting Body requires the Supplier to support established Contingency plans in the event of a Client's disruption to service. The work undertaken to support safe repatriation of travellers shall be charged at the normal booking fees during office hours (as stated in traveller services) and any out of hours/overtime undertaken shall be re-imbursed at cost following the submission of a full cost breakdown being provided by the Supplier. Supplier confirmed compliance.
