Optionally Birmingham or Newcastle, to be agreed by both parties at the start of each project/work stream. For Birmingham or Newcastle expenses to be charged in line with MoJ expenses policy unless the resource used is located within a 50 mile radius of the project team location. Where feasible, Sopra will aim to avoid the need to charge expenses by utilising staff located within these radii.
