DOCUMENTS AND OTHER PROPERTY. All materials and articles of information of any kind furnished to the Executive in the course of his employment hereunder are and shall remain the sole property of the Corporation; and if the Corporation requests the return of such information at any time during, upon or after the termination of the Executive's employment hereunder, the Executive shall immediately deliver the same to the Corporation. The Executive will not, without the prior written consent of the Corporation, retain any documents, data or property, or any reproduction thereof of any description, belonging to the Corporation or pertaining to any Proprietary Information.
DOCUMENTS AND OTHER PROPERTY. Upon termination of your employment, you must deliver to the Employer:
49.1 Originals or copies of any documents in your possession or under your control containing or relating in any way to any confidential information, intellectual property, or the business or affairs of the Employer, and
49.2 Any property such as uniforms, keys, bakery books/files etc. belonging to the Employer.
DOCUMENTS AND OTHER PROPERTY. All materials and articles of information of any kind furnished to CONSULTANT in the course of his employment hereunder are and shall remain the sole property of the COMPANY; and if the COMPANY requests the return of such information at any time during, upon or after the termination of CONSULTANT’s employment hereunder, CONSULTANT shall immediately deliver the same to the COMPANY. CONSULTANT will not, without the prior written consent of the COMPANY, retain any documents, data or property, or any reproduction thereof of any description, belonging to the COMPANY or pertaining to any Proprietary Information.
DOCUMENTS AND OTHER PROPERTY. On termination of the Employment for any reason whatsoever (or earlier if requested), the Executive shall immediately deliver up to the Employer (or any Group Company nominated by the Employer) originals and copies of all documents, accounts, computer disks and printouts and all other property in his possession or control which belong or relate in any way to the business of the Employer or any Group Company. Provided always that (subject to the request being reasonable) the Executive shall be provided with copies of all Board Minutes (and documents referred to therein) relating to any period during which he is a director of any Group Company.
DOCUMENTS AND OTHER PROPERTY. All documents, records, correspondence, price lists, accounts, statistics, equipment, computer discs, databases, keys, security passes or other property relating to the business or affairs of the Company or any Group Company and kept in the possession or under the control of you and all copies thereof or extracts there from made by or on behalf of you shall be and remain the property of the Company and shall be delivered up to the Company immediately on termination of the Employment.
DOCUMENTS AND OTHER PROPERTY. Upon termination of this Agreement as set forth herein, Trinity will deliver to Mystique all documents, data, and property of any nature pertaining to the performance of the services hereunder and will not, without the prior written consent of Mystique, retain any documents, data or property of any description belonging to Mystique or any reproduction or any description containing or pertaining to any proprietary information.

All materials or articles of information of any kind furnished to the Consultant in the course of his employment hereunder are and shall remain the sole property of the Company; and if the Company requests the return of such information at any time during, upon or after the termination of the Consultant's employment hereunder, the Consultant shall immediately deliver the same to the Company. The Consultant will not, without the prior written consent of the Company, retain any documents, data or property, or any reproduction thereof of any description, belonging to the Company or pertaining to any Proprietary Information.
DOCUMENTS AND OTHER PROPERTY. 12.1 On request and in any case at the termination of this Agreement the Consultant will deliver to Oasis all documents, computer hardware and software and all other property in their direct or indirect possession belonging to or relating to the business of Oasis and/or relating to the provision of the Services and they will not make or retain copies of any such documents, materials or computer software. The ownership of all such documents and other property will at all times remain vested in Oasis.
12.2 The Consultant agrees that on termination of this Agreement they will irretrievably delete any information relating to the provision of the Services and/or the business of Oasis stored in any magnetic or electronic platform and all matter derived from such sources which is in their possession or under their control outside the premises of Oasis.
12.3 For the avoidance of doubt, the contact details of business contacts made during this Agreement are regarded as Confidential Information, and as such, must be deleted from personal social or professional networking accounts on request by Xxxxx and in any event on the termination of this Agreement.
12.4 On request from Xxxxx, the Consultant will provide a signed statement that they has complied fully with their obligations under this Clause 12 together with such evidence of compliance as Oasis may reasonably request.
