Surveillance and Auditing. All designing, manufacturing, processing, assembling, inspecting, testing, packaging, shipping, storing, erecting and installing operations performed by Contractor and its Subcontractors, pursuant to the Agreement, are subject to surveillance, inspection, testing and auditing by Owner.
