Surveillance Camera Policy. RIPTA routinely uses cameras and surveillance equipment at its facilities and on vehicles as necessary to ensure the safety and security of all RIPTA employees, property and equipment. Cameras are located on revenue vehicles, including the camera focused on the operator’s compartment, fare box and front door, hereinafter referred to as “Camera #1”. It is agreed that RIPTA will not review Camera #1 footage on a random or arbitrary basis for purposes of discipline, nor in a manner which violates State and/or Federal Law. XXXXX agrees to notify the Union when an investigation includes review of Camera #1. RIPTA agrees to limit disciplinary action to violations observed one (1) hour prior to and one (1) after location and establishment of reported violation. (a) Free transportation, in the form of an “Employee’s Pass”, shall be granted to employees who have been regularly employed for a period of thirty (30) days. (b) Any employee who shall violate any Rules, Regulations or Conditions governing the use of an employee pass or shall be a party to or in any way responsible for such violation, shall be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination. (c) The spouse of both active and retired employees are eligible for an “Employee Pass” for free transportation upon application. The spouse of a retired or active employee will continue to receive an “Employee Pass” after the death of said retired or active employee. The

  • PROCUREMENT CARD The State has entered into an agreement for purchasing card services. The Purchasing Card enables Authorized Users to make authorized purchases directly from a Contractor without processing Purchase Orders or Purchase Authorizations. Purchasing Cards are issued to selected employees authorized to purchase for the Authorized User and having direct contact with Contractors. Cardholders can make purchases directly from any Contractor that accepts the Purchasing Card. The Contractor shall not process a transaction for payment through the credit card clearinghouse until the purchased Products have been shipped or services performed. Unless the cardholder requests correction or replacement of a defective or faulty Product in accordance with other Contract requirements, the Contractor shall immediately credit a cardholder’s account for Products returned as defective or faulty.

  • Name Collision Report Handling 6.3.1 During the first two years after delegation of the TLD, Registry Operator’s emergency operations department shall be available to receive reports, relayed by ICANN, alleging demonstrably severe harm from collisions with overlapping use of the names outside of the authoritative DNS. 6.3.2 Registry Operator shall develop an internal process for handling in an expedited manner reports received pursuant to subsection 6.3.1 under which Registry Operator may, to the extent necessary and appropriate, remove a recently activated name from the TLD zone for a period of up to two years in order to allow the affected party to make changes to its systems.
