Free Transportation Clause Samples
The Free Transportation clause provides that certain transportation services will be offered at no cost to a specified party, typically within the context of delivering goods or providing access to a location. This clause may apply to the shipment of products from a seller to a buyer, or to the movement of personnel or equipment as part of a service agreement. By clearly stating that transportation fees are waived, the clause helps avoid disputes over logistics costs and ensures that the receiving party is not unexpectedly charged for transportation, thereby promoting transparency and cost certainty in the agreement.
