Survey of Employers Sample Clauses

Survey of Employers. 7.1 Sample source The contractors shall generate a sample of employers who employ students with bachelor, diploma and certificate qualifications from both colleges and universities and who can address the key issues in this study. This will be generated from two sources. Firstly, during their discussions with the case study colleges the contractors shall ask for details of the employers with whom the colleges (and their partner universities) have contact. This will be under the proviso that the colleges obtain the permission of the employers to pass on their contact details beforehand. Secondly, the research team shall ask Foundation Degree Forward to provide their database on employers under the same proviso. While this sample will not be representative of all employers engaging graduates, it will target employers with the appropriate experience of employing such individuals.
