Survival and Counterparts. The provisions of Sections 1 (Definitions), 5 (Termination and Severance), 6 (Confidentiality), 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Covenants) and 10 (General Provisions) of this Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, with the same effect as if both parties had signed the same document. All such counterparts shall be deemed an original, shall be construed together and shall constitute one and the same instrument.

Survival and Counterparts. The provisions of Sections 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
