SURVIVAL OF ARTICLES. Articles of this Agreement shall survive its termination to the extent necessary to enable the Parties to prevail themselves of any rights or obligations which have accrued prior to termination.
SURVIVAL OF ARTICLES. In addition to any other Articles of this Agreement which by its nature or law are intended to survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, the following Articles shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement: Article 5 (Basis of Payment), Article 6 (Method of Payment), Article 12 (Confidentiality), Article 13 (Publication), Article 14 (Intellectual Property), Article 15 (Publicity), Article 16 (Warranty), Article 17 (Liability and Indemnity), Article 20 (Governing Law), Article 21 (Assignment) and this Article 23 (Survival of Articles).
SURVIVAL OF ARTICLES. The provisions of this Agreement which are expressed to survive or to operate in the event of termination of this Agreement or are by their nature intended to do so shall survive the termination of this Agreement, including, for the avoidance of doubt: Article 1, 4.1-4.2, 6, 7, 8.5-8.6, 9.2-9.3, 9.8.
SURVIVAL OF ARTICLES. Articles 8 (Confidentiality), 9 (Warranties) and 10 (Liability & Indemnity), shall survive the termination or expiration of this AGREEMENT for any reason in addition to those articles surviving by operation of law.
SURVIVAL OF ARTICLES. Articles 7 (Confidentiality), 9 (Intellectual Property), and 10 (Publication) shall survive for a period of two years beyond completion of the Project or termination pursuant to Article 14.
SURVIVAL OF ARTICLES. The expiration or termination of this Agreement for whatever reason shall not affect the enforceability of provisions herein expressed to survive and operate following such expiration or termination and shall be without prejudice to any existing right, remedy or obligation of either Party.

SURVIVAL OF ARTICLES. The following Articles shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement: Article 1 (Definitions), 5 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Confidential Information), 9 (Representations and Warranties), 10 (Indemnification), 11 (Term and Termination) and 12. (General Provisions).
SURVIVAL OF ARTICLES. Articles 5 to 14 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement (including termination of participation of an individual Third-Party) or, where applicable, for the time period mentioned therein.
SURVIVAL OF ARTICLES. Articles 3, 4, 9, 10 and 12 will survive the end of this Partnership Agreement, to the extent specified in each respective Article.
