SUSPENSION OF CONTRACTS. 1. Reductions under this procedure shall be accomplished through the suspension of a teacher's contract. The Superintendent shall notify the teacher and the Association in writing of his/her intention to recommend a contract suspension at least thirty (30) days prior to the Board meeting at which such recommendation is to be made. Such notice shall contain the reason for the recommendation.
