Suspension of EFT Access or Service. If you are in breach of this Agreement or any other loan, account, or service agreement with the Credit Union or we suspect fraudulent activity on your account, the Credit Union may without prior notice restrict access to your accounts or suspend your electronic services or access devices, including ATM or debit cards and online or mobile banking services. Such restrictions may continue until you cure any breach condition or any fraud condition is resolved.

Suspension of EFT Access or Service. If you are in breach of this Agreement or any other loan or service agreement with us or we suspect fraudulent activity on your account, we may without prior notice restrict access to your accounts or suspend your electronic services or access devices, including ATM or debit cards and online or mobile banking services. Suspension of EFT Access or Service. If you are in breach of this Agreement or any other loan or service agreement with the Bank or we suspect fraudulent activity on your Account, the Bank may, without prior notice, restrict access to your Account or suspend the use of your Card. Such restrictions may continue until you resolve any breach or fraud condition. For security purposes, we will suspend your Card if it is inactive for six (6) months. We may also suspend your Card if we suspect fraudulent activity or for another reason where we believe there is a risk to you or us.

  • Suspension of Services We have the right to suspend the benefit of any Credit Union service at any time for reasonable cause. At Our discretion, We also have the right to pay any checking presented for payment from Your Account after Your Account is closed or suspended and to recover such amount paid from You. Account services are available to those members in good standing with the Credit Union. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services to a member who is not in good standing, which includes members that have: (a) a delinquent loan; (b) a primary savings Account balance below the $10.00 minimum; (c) an unresolved deposited returned check; (d) any unpaid and uncollected fees; or (e) a negative balance on an Account. ASSIGNABILITY. You may not assign or transfer any interest in Your Account.
