Suspension of Maintenance Services and Technical Product Support. If the Licensee has not made the payment of the Annual Fee or the Renewal Fee by the date indicated on the Quote, or the subsequent related invoice, whichever is later, Transoft shall have the right to suspend provision of the Maintenance Services and the Technical Product Support until such time as payment, including accrued interest has been received.
