Suspension of Processing. COMPANY will suspend processing on any citation referred to it for processing upon written notice to do so by an authorized officer of the AGENCY. COMPANY will promptly return any citation or facsimile properly requested by the AGENCY. COMPANY will maintain records indicating any suspension of citation as a result of AGENCY'S request. COMPANY shall be paid the contractual rate hereinafter provided for processing the citations suspended by the AGENCY.
Suspension of Processing. The Relevant Processor must promptly suspend (and must require its Sub-processor to promptly suspend, where relevant) the Processing of any Processed Personal Data if the Relevant Controller requests the Relevant Processor to do so in writing. • The Relevant Controller may only make that request if the Relevant Controller has reasonable grounds to believe there is a substantial risk of the Relevant Processor and/or its Sub-processor Processing any of the Processed Personal Data in breach of the terms of a particular Call-off Partnership, and in any case, in breach of the Data Protection Legislation and/or the Law generally.
Suspension of Processing. In the event GLOBALFOUNDRIES suspends processing of partially processed wafers at Customer’s behest, Customer will pay inventory holding costs as set forth in the Service Price List. Notwithstanding, GLOBALFOUNDRIES reserves the right to delay said suspension of related fabrication at the conclusion of the manufacturing step in process, and wafers may be held at the next available safe hold stage.
Suspension of Processing. In addition to all other rights and remedies which City shall otherwise have at law or equity, City has the right to suspend and/or withhold the processing of the Project which is the subject matter of this Agreement, as well as the Project which may be the subject matter of any other Project which Applicant has before the City.

If and to the extent Gatherer curtails or suspends the processing of Producer’s Gas at the Plant due to Force Majeure, Gatherer shall condition such Gas to the extent feasible and bypass the Plant. In the event any of Producer’s Gas in conditioned and bypasses the Plant, with respect to such Gas no Component Plant Products or Plant Product Shrinkage will be allocated to the affected Receipt Point(s).
Suspension of Processing. Vendor will notify Company if it determines that it can no longer meet its obligations under the Applicable Laws. Upon such notice, Company will have the right to take reasonable and appropriate steps to stop and remediate any unauthorized use of Company Personal Information by Vendor.
