Suspension of Service for Violations of Law. QualiSystems may temporarily or permanently suspend the Service or remove the applicable Customer Data it may be holding (if any), or both, if it in good faith believes that, as part of using the Service, Customer has violated or may violate a law or any provision of this Agreement. QualiSystems will attempt to provide prior notice but not providing such prior notice shall not harm QualiSystems immediate ability to suspend or terminate the Services as detailed above. In addition, Your right to the Services may be immediately terminated and/or suspended upon notice due to a breach of the terms of this Agreement by You or any User. In no case will any such termination or suspension give rise to any liability of QualiSystems to You for a refund or other compensation.
