Suspension or Discharge Grievance. An employee, other than a probationary employee, claiming that she/he has been discharged or suspended from employment without cause shall file a signed, dated, written statement of such grievance setting out the nature of the grievance and the specific remedy sought at Step 2 of the Grievance Procedure providing such grievance is lodged with the Administrator or her/his designate within five (5) working days of the receipt by the employee of the notice of the discharge or suspension.
