Suspension or Revocation of Federal Permit. ‌ USFWS or NMFS may suspend the Federal Permit it issued, in whole or in part, for cause in accordance with the laws and regulations in force at the time of the suspension. The regulations governing permit suspension and revocation are currently codified at SO Code of Federal Regulations section 13.27 (suspension) and 13.28, 17.22(b)(8) and 17.32(b)(8)(revocation) and SO Code of Federal Regulations section 222.306.

  • Permit Suspension or Revocation The Service may suspend or revoke the permit for cause in accordance with the laws and regulations in force at the time of such suspension or revocation (50 CFR 13.28(a)). The Service may also, as a last resort, revoke the permit if continuation of permitted activities would likely result in jeopardy to covered species (50 CFR 17.22/32(d)(7)). The Service will revoke because of jeopardy concerns only after first implementing all practicable measures to remedy the situation.

  • EFFECT OF SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION 18.1 The Department may exercise its right to give the Training Provider a direction under Clause 4.7 if:

  • Termination or Suspension for Convenience The District reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend all or part of the Contract for convenience following three (3) days written notice to the Contractor.
