Suspensão ou Encerramento da Conta. Ao utilizar os Serviços, você entende e reconhece que nós temos o direito de imediatamente suspender ou encerrar sua Conta e/ou congelar qualquer xxxxx xx criptomoeda em sua(s) Carteira(s) Própria(s) sem aviso prévio se: (i) nós suspeitarmos, a nosso absoluto critério, que você está em violação com qualquer disposição deste Contrato de Usuário, nosso Programa de AML, ou quaisquer Xxxx Aplicáveis ou regulamentos, ou que você apresenta um risco para a Zero Hash e/ou suas afiliadas, em termos de reputação ou outra maneira; (ii) nós somos obrigados a fazer isso por lei ou por qualquer autoridade regulatória, medida judicial, intimação válida ou medida vinculatória de uma autoridade governamental; (iii) nós suspeitarmos de qualquer Atividade Não Autorizada ou suspeita ou de qualquer Acesso Não Autorizado real ou pretendido a sua Conta ou Credenciais de Acesso; (iv) sua Conta do Negócio tiver sido suspensa ou encerrada ou você não mais ter acesso à Plataforma (se aplicável); ou (v) a Conta não tiver sido acessada por mais de 2 (dois) anos. Você concorda que a Zero Hash ou suas afiliadas podem entregar qualquer moeda fiduciária ou criptomoeda não reclamada ou abandonada mantida em seu nome de acordo com a Lei Aplicável.   • Definitions For purposes of this Agreement:

  • Entire Agreement This DPA and the Service Agreement constitute the entire agreement of the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements, oral or written, by the Parties relating thereto. This DPA may be amended and the observance of any provision of this DPA may be waived (either generally or in any particular instance and either retroactively or prospectively) only with the signed written consent of both Parties.
