Sustained Response Capability. For the purposes of this Agreement the “Sustained Response Capability” is a factor (not greater than one) which represents actual or anticipated Achieved Sustained Response as a fraction of (where less than) NFL Sustained Response.

  • Timely and Sustained Response Interconnection Customer shall ensure that the Small Generating Facility’s real power response to sustained frequency deviations outside of the deadband setting is automatically provided and shall begin immediately after frequency deviates outside of the deadband, and to the extent the Small Generating Facility has operating capability in the direction needed to correct the frequency deviation. Interconnection Customer shall not block or otherwise inhibit the ability of the governor or equivalent controls to respond and shall ensure that the response is not inhibited, except under certain operational constraints including, but not limited to, ambient temperature limitations, physical energy limitations, outages of mechanical equipment, or regulatory requirements. The Small Generating Facility shall sustain the real power response at least until system frequency returns to a value within the deadband setting of the governor or equivalent controls. An Applicable Reliability Standard with equivalent or more stringent requirements shall supersede the above requirements.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5. 1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

We warranty any work we preform. The equipment is covered by the original equipment manufacturer. * 51 What are your proposed exchange and return programs and policies? Special order items are not returnable and will not be exchanged. If a manufacture will take back an item they consider returnable, the return must have an RMA and be returned within 90 days in the original carton. All freight, restocking, damage plus a service fee will be deducted form the credit for equipment. * 52 Describe any service contract options for the items included in your proposal. We offer preventative maintenance contracts for refrigeration equipment in Texas. DFW, Houston, Beaumont and Austin. * 53 Describe your payment terms and accepted payment methods. Standard payment terms are Net 30 days. To be considered for an open account, all new customers will be required to complete a New Customer Application and provide tax exemption certification if applicable.   • Customer’s Responsibility The policies in this document apply to the use of Data by Customers, Redistributors and their End Customers. Customers are responsible for compliance with this policy by all members of the Customer’s Group and by all persons to whom they distribute Data where authorised to do so. Turquoise recommends that Customers make this Schedule available to all Subscribers to their services having access to Data which is subject to Charges, reporting requirements or usage restrictions.

  • Client Responsibility For clarity, the parties agree that in reviewing the documents referred to in clause (b) above, Patheon’s role will be limited to verifying the accuracy of the description of the work undertaken or to be undertaken by Patheon.   • Cost Responsibility Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for and shall pay upon demand all Costs associated with the interconnection of the Customer Facility as specified in the Tariff. These Costs may include, but are not limited to, an Attachment Facilities charge, a Local Upgrades charge, a Network Upgrades charge and other charges. A description of the facilities required and an estimate of the Costs of these facilities are included in Sections 3.0 and 4.0 of the Specifications to this ISA.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.
