Swimming Pool Use. Renter acknowledges that the swimming pool at NFC is not to be utilized under any circumstances unless specific permission has been previously granted by NFC and the swimming pool is rented or otherwise open to the public during the rental period. The swimming pool may only be used if lifeguards are present in accordance with the Lifeguard Policy set forth below. Xxxxxx agrees that use of the swimming pool is subject to strict compliance with NFC pool rules, direction of lifeguards, and Pool Management Company policies. Failure to abide by these rules will result in cancellation of pool usage rights, without refund.

Swimming Pool Use. The tenant discharge HS for every responsibility of personal injuries or damage to people or things, deriving from the use of the swimming pool and from injuries to minors who constantly need to be controlled by their parents or those who act in someone’s stead, such us the only one responsible for their safety. For this reason, the tenant, as keeper of the unit rented and its adjacent lot, take on to respect and enforce, also the third party temporally admitted by the tenant (if pre-authorized by HS), the guidelines of the swimming pool shown at the poolside and in the tenant’s hands.
Swimming Pool Use. 9.1. Obey the instructions of the lifeguard 9.2. Always shower before entering the sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi (Volair Spa) or swimming pool 9.3. Do not consume, store, or bring into the changing rooms or swimming pool area, any food or drink in a glass container 9.4. The ages of children allowed to use the swimming pool vary according to guidelines. Always follow the admission policy when bringing children swimming. You can find this policy online or at any Volair club 9.5. Babies must wear an appropriate swim nappy 9.6. The use of snorkelling equipment or swimming pool toys not issued by Volair is not permitted 9.7. Shaving is not permitted in any wet areas including showers, steam, and sauna 9.8. Costumes must be worn at all times whilst within steam room, sauna, swimming pools or Jacuzzi and in public showering areas 9.9. The swimming pool may from time to time be reserved for other groups, lane swimming only or swimming lessons. Prior notice will be given when possible 9.10. Any person under the age of 16 years old must not use the sauna, stream rooms or Jacuzzi
Swimming Pool Use. The Swimming Pool cannot be rented but this area can be utilized by the Renter, their guests, invitees and participants of the Single Event, on a first come, first served basis, provided that the Swimming Pool Rules, as posted, are followed. The number of guests using the Swimming Pool may not exceed two (2) guests per every one (1) Association owner or resident. THE RENTER IS XXXXXX NOTIFIED THAT THE ASSOCIATION DOES NOT PROVIDE A LIFEGUARD OR OTHER SECURITY ARRANGEMENTS AND THAT THE RENTER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY OR LOSS OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM THE USE, WHETHER OR NOT AUTHORIZED BY THIS AGREEMENT, OF THE SWIMMING POOL.

  • TOOL STORAGE 1. A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees. 2. Where an employee is absent from work because of illness or accident and has advised the company in accordance with Clause 33 – Personal Leave of the award, the company shall ensure that the employee’s tools are securely stored during his/her absence.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Distribution Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Distribution Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. The actual cost of the Distribution Upgrades, including overheads, shall be directly assigned to the Interconnection Customer. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing the Distribution Upgrades, as set forth in Attachment 6 to this Agreement.

  • Cooling Off Period You may terminate this Contract with immediate effect at any time within the period of 14 days after the date this Contract is entered into without incurring any liability to DFMC.

  • STRS PICK-UP The Board agrees, as a condition of employment, to tax shelter employee contributions to the State Teacher's Retirement System (STRS) in accordance with State Retirement System and Federal Internal Revenue Service guidelines and restrictions. This section in no way implies that the Board will contribute any portion of the employee's share of retirement contributions. For purposes of this paragraph, total annual salary and salary per pay period of each bargaining unit member shall be the salary otherwise payable under this Agreement, as amended. The total annual salary and salary per pay period of each member shall be payable by the Board in two parts: (1) deferred salary and (2) cash salary. A member's deferred salary shall be equal to that percentage of said member's total annual salary or salary per pay period which is required from time to time by the State Teachers Retirement System (STRS) to be paid as an employee contribution by said member as a pickup of the STRS employee contribution otherwise payable by said member. A member's cash salary shall be equal to said member's total annual salary or salary per period less the amount of the pickup for said member and shall be payable, subject to applicable payroll deductions, to said member. The Board's total combined expenditures for members' total annual salaries otherwise payable under this Agreement, as amended, (including pickup amounts) and its employer contributions to STRS shall not be greater than the amounts it would have paid for those items had this provision not been in effect. The Board shall compute and remit its employer contributions to STRS based upon total annual salary, including the "pickup". The Board shall report for Federal and Ohio income tax purposes as a member's gross income said member's total annual salary less the amount of the "pickup". The Board shall report for municipal income tax purposes as a member's gross income said member's total annual salary, including the amount of the pickup. The pickup shall be included in the member's total annual salary for the purpose of computing daily rate of pay, for determining paid salary adjustments to be made due to absence, or for any other similar purpose. The pickup shall apply to all payroll payments made after the effective date of this provision. Should the Board's payment of deferred salary cause an individual bargaining unit member's annuity contributions to exceed the IRS permissible level, any such individual shall have the right to adjust annuity deductions within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this provision.

  • Distribution Compliance Period The Purchaser agrees not to resell, pledge or transfer any Purchased Shares within the United States or to any U.S. Person, as each of those terms is defined in Regulation S, during the 40 days following the Closing Date.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.
