Swimming Pool Rules. 17.1 The swimming pool is solely for the use of members of The Gates at Hilton Homeowners’ Association ("Member") or their guests. All guests must be accompanied by a member when using the swimming pool. 17.2 Members or their guests using the swimming pool do so entirely at their own risk and in using the swimming pool acknowledge the possibility of injury or death resulting from the use of the swimming pool and indemnify and will hold the Homeowners’ Association completely harmless against any loss which may be sustained by a member or a member’s guest or guests as a consequence of injury or death incurred from what so ever cause whilst using the swimming pool. 17.3 In using the swimming pool the members and their guests agree and are bound to comply with the following rules: 17.3.1 Alcoholic drinks may not be brought into the swimming pool area. Any soft drinks brought into the swimming pool area may only be in plastic containers and under no circumstances are glass containers to be brought into the swimming pool area. 17.3.2 No rough, boisterous or untoward behaviour which shall include foul or abusive language is permitted either in the swimming pool or in the swimming pool area. 17.3.3 Children under the age of 12 in the swimming pool area must be accompanied by an adult supervisor at all times. 17.3.4 Members are reminded that this is a community swimming pool and no activity which may cause undue disturbance to other members using the swimming pool or which could potentially endanger any other person will be tolerated. 17.3.5 All members using the swimming pool must wear a suitable swimming costume.
Swimming Pool Rules. Due to strict regulations maintained by state and local authorities with regard to the operation of the swimming pools, the following regulations must be adhered to at all times: A. Notwithstanding the presence of a lifeguard, all swimmers and other users of the facilities, including residents and guests, will use the pool facilities at their own sole risk. The community owner and management have no liability for any accident, incident or injury to a resident or guest. B. Guests must be accompanied by the responsible resident in the pool area at all times. Children under 14 must be supervised at all times by an adult. C. Pool hours are posted at the entrance and may be adjusted by management at any time in its discretion. The pools may be closed at any time without notice because of necessary maintenance, repairs, inclement weather or for any reason in management’s discretion. Anyone accessing the pool area when closed will be considered trespassing and may be subject to criminal prosecution. D. All glass containers are prohibited within the pool area; violations will result in a minimum $50 administrative / cleaning fee. E. All body and/or suntan lotions must be removed before entering the water. Any person having a skin disease, inflamed or infected eyes, cold or flu, other infectious ailment, cuts or blisters on the skin, or communicable disease may not use the pool facilities. F. Proper bathing attire must be worn while utilizing the pool area. Jeans, cutoff jeans or other attire other than swim trunks or bathing suits may not be worn in the water. Nude swimming, nude sunbathing and sexual conduct are prohibited anywhere in the pool area. G. Pets are not permitted within the pool enclosure area. No animals are allowed in the water. H. Running, horseplay, loud music, loud noise or other boisterous conduct is not permitted in the pool area or other common area of the community. I.   • System for Award Management (XXX) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a XXX.xxx proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number.   • Retirement System The withdrawal of employee contributions made on or after January 1, 2014 may also be withdrawn but only on an actuarially neutral basis. The actuarial present value of the pension reduction shall be equal to the amount of accumulated member contributions withdrawn. The actuarial present value shall computed using the interest rate used in the annual actuarial valuation and the mortality table used in the annual actuarial valuation with a 50% unisex blend.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing PNG traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to PNG, the subtending arrangements between PNG Tandem Switches and PNG End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that PNG maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • Emergency Procedures All residents and guests are required to exit the building during emergencies that require evacuation and follow instructions given by authorized University emergency personnel (e.g., Security Services, Emergency Response Wardens and Building Emergency Captains). Residents and guests FIRE PROCEDURES AND FIRE ALARMS: All residents and guest(s) are required to exit the residences at the sound of a fire alarm. In the event of fire, residents and guest(s) are required to follow instruction given by Fire Services personnel.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation for Actions During Emergency Condition The CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff for its provision of real and reactive power and other Emergency Condition services that the Interconnection Customer provides to support the CAISO Controlled Grid during an Emergency Condition in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Switching and Tagging Rules The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each provide the other Party a copy of its switching and tagging rules that are applicable to the other Party’s activities. Such switching and tagging rules shall be developed on a nondiscriminatory basis. The Parties shall comply with applicable switching and tagging rules, as amended from time to time, in obtaining clearances for work or for switching operations on equipment.

  • Recognition of Union Stewards and Grievance Committee In order to provide an orderly and speedy procedure for the settling of grievances, the Employer acknowledges the rights and duties of the Union Stewards. The Xxxxxxx shall assist any Employee, which the Xxxxxxx represents, in preparing and presenting her grievance in accordance with the grievance procedure.

  • REIT Distribution Requirements The General Partner shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Partnership to distribute amounts sufficient to enable the General Partner to make stockholder distributions that will allow the General Partner to (i) meet its distribution requirement for qualification as a REIT as set forth in Section 857 of the Code and (ii) avoid any federal income or excise tax liability imposed by the Code.

  • Procedures for Providing NP Through Full NXX Code Migration Where a Party has activated an entire NXX for a single Customer, or activated at least eighty percent (80%) of an NXX for a single Customer, with the remaining numbers in that NXX either reserved for future use by that Customer or otherwise unused, if such Customer chooses to receive Telephone Exchange Service from the other Party, the first Party shall cooperate with the second Party to have the entire NXX reassigned in the LERG (and associated industry databases, routing tables, etc.) to an End Office operated by the second Party. Such transfer will be accomplished with appropriate coordination between the Parties and subject to appropriate industry lead times for movements of NXXs from one switch to another. Neither Party shall charge the other in connection with this coordinated transfer.

  • Personal Car Usage 7.1 Personal vehicle usage will be reimbursed in an amount equal to the standard mileage rate allowed by the IRS. 7.2 Per code of Federal Regulations, Title 26, Subtitle A, Chapter 1, Subchapter B, Part IX, Section 274(d), all expense reimbursement requests must include the following: 7.2.1.1 Date 7.2.1.2 Destination 7.2.1.3 Purpose 7.2.1.4 Name of traveler(s) 7.2.1.5 Correspondence that verifies business purpose of the expense 7.3 The mileage for a personal vehicle must document the date, location of travel to/from, number of miles traveled and purpose of trip. 7.4 Mileage will be reimbursed on the basis of the most commonly used route. 7.5 Reimbursement for mileage shall not exceed the cost of a round trip coach airfare. 7.6 Reimbursement for mileage shall be prohibited between place of residence and usual place of work. 7.7 Mileage should be calculated from employee’s regular place of work or their residence, whichever is the shorter distance when traveling to a meeting or traveling to Williamson County, Texas for vendors who are located outside of the Williamson County Courthouse, 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000 by at least a 45-mile radius. 7.8 When more than one person travels in same vehicle, only one person may claim mileage reimbursement. 7.9 Tolls, if reasonable, are reimbursable. Receipts are required for reimbursement. If a receipt is not obtainable, then written documentation of expense must be submitted for reimbursement (administrative fees on Tolls will not be reimbursed). 7.10 Parking fees, if reasonable are reimbursable for meetings and hotel stays. For vendors who contract with a third party for visitor parking at vendor’s place of business, Williamson County will not reimburse a vendor based on a percentage of its contracted visitor parking fees. Rather, Williamson County will reimburse Vendor for visitor parking on an individual basis for each time a visitor uses Vendor’s visitor parking. Receipts are required for reimbursement. If a receipt is not obtainable, then written documentation of expense must be submitted for reimbursement. 7.11 Operating and maintenance expenses as well as other personal expenses, such as parking tickets, traffic violations, and car repairs and collision damage are not reimbursable.
