Pool Rules means the rules of the Power Pool, including the Pool Code of Practice, as established pursuant to the Act and regulating the operation of the Power Pool;

• Each Externally Interconnected Party acknowledges and agrees that it is bound to each Pool Member as a matter of contract and undertakes to comply with the Pool Rules so far as they may be applicable to it and each Pool Member acknowledges and agrees that it is bound to each Externally Interconnected Party as a matter of contract and will comply with its obligations under this Agreement.

• The hosting/sponsoring member and all guests must observe the Pool Rules and Regulations as well as the Diving Board Rules at all times.

• Interconnected Party shall be entitled to recover in accordance with this Clause 34.4 its costs and expenses reasonably incurred in acting in accordance with this Agreement as the Externally Interconnected Party for its Corresponding External Pool Members (as defined in the Pool Rules).
