Pool Rules definition

Pool Rules means the rules referred to in Clause 7.4 and set out in Schedule 9, as amended, varied or substituted from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof;
Pool Rules means the rules of the Power Pool, including the Pool Code of Practice, as established pursuant to the Act and regulating the operation of the Power Pool;
Pool Rules means The Power Pool of Alberta Rules established by the Power Pool Council.

  • Interconnected Party shall be entitled to recover in accordance with this Clause 34.4 its costs and expenses reasonably incurred in acting in accordance with this Agreement as the Externally Interconnected Party for its Corresponding External Pool Members (as defined in the Pool Rules).

  • School Rules means the body of rules of the School as may be amended from time to time for legal, safety or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School.
