Pool Rules definition

Pool Rules means the rules referred to in Clause 7.4 and set out in Schedule 9, as amended, varied or substituted from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof;
Pool Rules means the rules of the Power Pool, including the Pool Code of Practice, as established pursuant to the Act and regulating the operation of the Power Pool;
Pool Rules means The Power Pool of Alberta Rules established by the Power Pool Council.
