System Costs. All System Costs are paid out of Window 1 in their entirety based on a principle of equitable cost sharing under which Window 1 will be reimbursed proportionally by the CSP taken from all other (non-Window 1) funds contributed to the CGIAR Fund and Bilateral Funds. In addition, the following are deposited into Window 1: (a) any refunds from recipients, including the Trustee and Fund Office, regardless of the Window from which the funds were originally received, (b) any investment income generated by funds held in the CGIAR Fund, (c) the CSP amounts from Windows 2 and 3 and the Provisional Account, and (d) the Bilateral Portion of System Costs.
System Costs. System Costs incurred and calculated on a monthly basis and paid by each Party may, in such Party’s sole discretion, be applied in whole or in part against the GAAP Recurring Revenue for any period.

3.1.1. Subject to paragraph 3.1.3 below, the CSP will be collected by the System Organization in accordance with the CGIAR Policy on System Costs Financing, as amended from time to time.
3.1.2. It is acknowledged that the CGIAR Policy on System Costs Financing, which will be revised in 2017, is a policy that falls under the purview of the System Council in accordance with Section 6.1(k) of the CGIAR System Framework, and that any amendments to the CGIAR Policy on System Costs Financing will be based on a recommendation from the System Management Board.
3.1.3. Until and unless amended by any revised Policy on System Costs Financing, Centers shall pay the CSP to the System Organization on any Bilateral Funding received for the implementation of CGIAR Research (excluding Center-specific infrastructure-only projects and Legacy Projects) unless this requirement is exceptionally waived by the System Council. The System Organization shall transfer the corresponding funds to the Trust Fund. Unless otherwise agreed by the System Council, if a Center does not pay any CSP which is due, the amount of such CSP which is due may be offset, after the Center has been adequately consulted, against Window 1 Funds that are otherwise to be disbursed to such Center. Window 1, 2 and 3 Funds. Neither the System Organization nor Funders will have any obligation to collect or otherwise pay the CSP on funds disbursed through Windows 1, 2 or
System Costs. Cybear agrees that, unless otherwise specifically described herein or agreed to in writing by the parties, it will be liable for all costs associated with the provision of data storage and transfer services described herein - including but not limited to server and other equipment costs, operating system software costs, costs of supplies necessary to operate the system (such as tapes, platters, etc.), maintenance costs and Internet access and any telephone or other communication charges associated therewith; provided, however, that Cybear shall not be responsible for costs incurred directly by Cybear's Subscriber's or by Quest related to their use of the ChartMaxx Software (e.g., a subscriber's or Quest's server and other equipment costs, operating system software costs, costs of supplies necessary to operate a subscriber's or Quest's internal system, such as tapes, platters, etc., a subscriber's or Quest's internal maintenance costs and any of their telephone or other communication charges.)
System Costs. NAIT shall bear the entire cost and expense of designing and installing its Conduit system, including, without limitation, any Cable, electronics and optronics. Tishomingo shall have the right to post notices of nonresponsibility along the Segment, and to otherwise notify any entity or person supplying services or materials in connection with NAIT's activities in the Segment that Tishomingo is not responsible for the cost thereof.

The Annual Budget will also contain an estimate of the amount of Acceptable Materials 933 expected to be delivered to the System in such Agreement Year, and the resulting Acceptable Materials 934 Charge required to be imposed in order for the County to meet the requirements of the Bond Documents.
