System Freeze. The Department shall, in consultation with the Service Provider, establish a date from which the Service Provider and its Subcontractors will no longer be required to make any improvements or enhancements to the HRIS (the “System Freeze”). Unless the Parties otherwise agree in writing, the System Freeze will commence as agreed between the Service Provider and the Department. The System Freeze will continue until the end of the Transition Period. The System Freeze shall not excuse the Service Provider from performing customary maintenance on the HRIS, Open Enrollment activities and correcting all newly identified System Defects at no additional cost to the Department.

Unless the Parties otherwise agree in writing, the System Freeze will commence no later than Oct. 20, 2020; however, if the Service Provider has not met its obligation to implement a Major System Project by the time the System Freeze commences, the Department may delay the System Freeze to a date no later than Dec. 31, 2020. The System Freeze will continue until the end of the Transition Period. The System Freeze shall not excuse the Service Provider from performing customary maintenance on the HRIS, Open Enrollment activities and correcting all newly identified System Defects at no additional cost to the Department.

  • Loop Makeup Response Time - Electronic This report measures the average interval and the percent within the interval from the electronic submission of a Loop Makeup Service Inquiry (LMUSI) to the distribution of Loop Makeup information back to the CLEC. Exclusions Manually submitted inquiries Canceled Requests Business Rules The response interval starts when the CLEC’s Mechanized Loop Makeup Service Inquiry (LMUSI) is submitted electronically through the Operational Support Systems interface, TAG. It ends when BellSouth’s Loop Facility Assignment and Control System (LFACS) responds electronically to the CLEC with the requested Loop Makeup data via the TAG Interface. LSRs submitted via LENs will be reflected in the results for the TAG interface.

  • Fast Food Outlets This proposal does not seek to interfere with the existing Fast Food Agreement.

  • System Monitoring to ensure safe and continuous operation, the Customer must monitor key services and resource use as recommended by Deswik, and provide Deswik with details of monitoring and any relevant alerts as needed. Services to be monitors include, without limitation, disk space, CPU usage, memory usage, database connectivity, and network utilization.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing ECI traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to ECI, the subtending arrangements between ECI Tandem Switches and ECI End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that ECI maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • Start-Up and Synchronization Consistent with the mutually acceptable procedures of the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer is responsible for the proper synchronization of the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System in accordance with NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner procedures and requirements.

  • Fill, Backfill and Landscaping No soil found on Site, or transported to the Site from remote locations, which contains debris or waste or Hazardous Materials shall be used for fill, backfill or landscaping topsoil.
