System Maintenance. 4.1. Solutions maintenance and upgrades. CentralSquare will provide all hosted systems and network maintenance as deemed appropriate and necessary by CentralSquare. Maintenance and upgrades will be scheduled in advance with the Customer’s primary contact if they fall outside of the designated hours set aside for this function of Sundays from 12:00AM to 12:00 PM.
