System of Assurance. Contractor shall perform all activities necessary and support User’s efforts to reserve and maintain an assurance of Net Metering under the System of Assurance. Contractor shall work in good faith with User to prepare the Application for a Cap Allocation (as such terms are defined in the System of Assurance) to be signed by theHost Customer,” and any amendments thereto. At such time as the final costs associated with the System of Assurance are approved by the Department of Public Utilities, Contractor and User shall negotiate in good faith a side agreement to set out an equitable division of any “Host Customer” fees under the System of Assurance, including, but not limited to, the application fee and any reservation fee set forth in Section 5(d) of the System of Assurance. The side agreement may include, but is not limited to, any cost sharing formula that would result in an increase to the Net Energy Price. For purposes of this section, “System of Assurance” means the System of Assurance of Net Metering Eligibility, Appendix B to D.P.U. 11-11 (May 7, 2012), together with any subsequent amendments thereto.

  • Technical Standards Applicable to a Wind Generating Plant i. Low Voltage Ride-Through (LVRT) Capability A wind generating plant shall be able to remain online during voltage disturbances up to the time periods and associated voltage levels set forth in the standard below. The LVRT standard provides for a transition period standard and a post-transition period standard.

  • OMB Standards Unless specified otherwise within this agreement, the Subrecipient shall procure all materials, property, or services in accordance with the requirements of 24 CFR 84.40−48.

  • CHILD AND DEPENDENT ADULT/ELDER ABUSE REPORTING CONTRACTOR shall establish a procedure acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR to ensure that all employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Contract report child abuse or neglect to one of the agencies specified in Penal Code Section 11165.9 and dependent adult or elder abuse as defined in Section 15610.07 of the WIC to one of the agencies specified in WIC Section 15630. CONTRACTOR shall require such employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Contract to sign a statement acknowledging the child abuse reporting requirements set forth in Sections 11166 and 11166.05 of the Penal Code and the dependent adult and elder abuse reporting requirements, as set forth in Section 15630 of the WIC, and shall comply with the provisions of these code sections, as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended.
