Component Plan definition

Component Plan means any component of this Plan, as identified in Exhibit A.
Component Plan means any of the plans listed in Appendix A of this Plan.
Component Plan means each of the plans or programs identified in Appendix A that provides a Benefit offered under the Plan.

Examples of Component Plan in a sentence

  • Except as specifically set forth otherwise, in the event the terms or provisions of any Component Plan, summary or description of this Plan or of any other instrument are interpreted as being in conflict with the provisions of this Plan, the provisions of this Plan shall be controlling.

More Definitions of Component Plan

Component Plan means either or both of the Health Reimburse- ment Account Plan or the Death Benefit Account Plan.
Component Plan means a Health Plan offered by the New York State Health Insurance Program (NYSHIP).
Component Plan. - means any one of the following plans in effect during the Plan Year:
Component Plan means a component arrangement provided by this Plan, as identified in Section 3.1 and incorporated herein. Component Plans are offered by the Employer and provide an employee benefit. Component Plan also means any plan established pursuant to Section 125 or Section 132(f) of the Code. Each Component Plan under the Plan is identified in Exhibit A. The Employer may add or delete a Component Plan from the Plan by amending Exhibit A, without any need to otherwise amend the Plan.
Component Plan means an employee benefit plan offered by the Employer that Eligible Employees may elect to participate in through this Plan. Component Plans may be governed by separate plan documents and be subject to eligibility requirements, benefit restrictions or limitations, claim and other administrative procedures, and other terms in addition to the terms of this Plan.
Component Plan means an employee welfare benefit that is designated on Schedule B as one of the component benefits of the Plan. Summary Plan Descriptions, Summaries of Coverage, and Summaries of Insurance describing the specific benefits provided by each Component Plan, the terms of eligibility and other terms and conditions, as they may be amended from time to time, are incorporated herein by reference.
