Systems Operation. Each Party, at its own expense, shall provide and maintain the equipment, software, services and testing necessary to effectively and reliably transmit and receive Data.

Systems Operation. AEEC agrees to operate its electric utility system in accordance with the provisions of Section 10(c) of the Power Sales Agreement. AEEC will maintain historical operational records to demonstrate XXXX system response and availability. Expected XXXX Availability will be greater than 90%. XXXX Availability will be reported to the Xxxxxxx O&D Committee on a monthly basis. Any periods where XXXX Availability is less than 90%, will be subject to review by the Authority and the BPMC.
Systems Operation. The Parties shall operate those Systems for which they are responsible or mutually agree to their integrated operation with other CECC Systems. Each Party will be responsible for the operation of any System that is funded as a part of its Agency Specific Costs. Operation of the CECC Systems shall be governed by the Standard Operating Procedures and protocols adopted by the Executive Board and the Law Enforcement Management Board. Each Party shall have primary authority over all its respective Agency Specific Employees and their duties and Agency Specific Systems, if any.

  • Co-operation 1. The Parties shall take all appropriate and necessary measures to ensure fulfilment of the obligations and objectives arising out of this programme agreement.

  • Business Operations Company will provide all necessary equipment, personnel and other appurtenances necessary to conduct its operations. Company will conduct its business operations hereunder in a lawful, orderly and proper manner, considering the nature of such operations, so as not to unreasonably annoy, disturb, endanger or be offensive to others on the Airport. Company will provide all services under this Agreement on a fair and reasonable basis to all users of the Airport. Service will be prompt, courteous and efficient.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.
