Operational Records. Manager shall maintain and keep accurate, complete, and current logbooks and other records regarding the operation and use of the Aircraft in accordance with applicable FAR. This shall include:
i. records related to take off and destination of all flights;
ii. records relating to all flight authorizations obtained for particular flights;
iii. records relating to passengers carried; and
iv. records relating to flight crew and flight and duty time.
Operational Records. The Franchisee shall maintain the records required to compute all operational and customer service compliance measures outlined in this Franchise to demonstrate that the measures are being met for at least four consecutive quarters. Failure to maintain the records as required herein shall subject the Franchisee to the liquidated damages established in this Franchise Agreement
Operational Records. Upon written request by a County based on credible complaints that this Section 12 has been violated, the Company shall maintain the records required to compute all operational and Customer service compliance measures outlined in this Section 12 to demonstrate that the measures are being met. Upon reasonable written notice to the Company of no less than five (5) business days, the County shall have the right to inspect the Company’s books and records pertaining to Company’s provision of Services in the Counties during normal business hours and on a nondisruptive basis, as are reasonably necessary to ensure compliance with the terms of this Agreement. Such notice shall specifically reference the section and subsection (if applicable) of this Agreement that is under review, so that the Company may organize the necessary books and records for appropriate access by the County(ies). The Company shall not be required to maintain any books and records for the purposes of complying with this Section 12 longer than the current year plus three (3) years. Nothing in this Section 12 shall be construed to limit the Company’s duties with respect to records set forth in Section 17 of this Agreement. Books and records required to be maintained by the Company upon written request by a County based on credible complaints that this Section 12 has been violated shall include without limitation:
(1) Records of all written complaints for a period of one (1) year after receipt by the Company. The term "complaint" as used herein refers to written complaints about any aspect of the Company’s Broadband Network or related operations. Complaints recorded shall be limited to items within Company’s control and that require a corrective measure on the part of the Company;
(2) Records of known (i) outages and (ii) Service Interruptions for a period of one (1) year after occurrence, or upon written request of the County, indicating date, duration, and the number of Customers affected, and cause (if known);
(3) Records of service calls for repair and maintenance for a period of one (1) year after resolution by the Company, indicating the date and time service was required, and date and time service was scheduled (if it was scheduled), and the date and time service was provided, and (if different) the date and time the problem was resolved;
(4) Records of installations/reconnections for a period of one (1) year after the request was fulfilled by the Company, indicating the date of request, ...
Operational Records. Contractor agrees to maintain operational records documenting the performance of the transit services provided under this agreement consistent with Federal Transit Administration National Transit Database reporting requirements. Records to be maintained by Contractor include, without limitation, the following information.
1. Daily totals of the following operating data itemized separately for each route and trip and vehicle: • the NTD Revenue Hours provided, • the In-Service Hours provided, • the number of revenue miles operated, • the number of passengers carried, classified by fare categories, • the amount of Operating Revenue collected, and • any other items requested by the City.
2. Documentation of: • major operational problems and incidents, • significant variations in ridership, Operating Revenues, and expenses, and • Customer complaints and commendations, along with descriptions of actions taken with respect to such items. Contractor must handle all operational revenue and expenses accurately and consistent with generally accepted accounting principles. Contractor shall prepare a summary report, on a calendar monthly basis, of the operational data specified in this section. The report shall be submitted along with each monthly payment request under section 7.03.
Operational Records. In accordance with Section 5.1 herein, when reasonably required to assess compliance with the terms of this Agreement, within thirty (30) days of a written request, including email, Comcast shall provide the County with copies of documents, records, and other pertinent written materials pertaining to the operation of the Cable System serving the County and related to the compliance with the terms of this Agreement. Such information may include, but is not limited to, Cable System specifications, operating procedures, outage logs, preventative maintenance logs, results of technical performance tests, and trouble call reports.
Operational Records. Upon no less than thirty (30) business days' written notice to the Franchisee, the Town shall have the right to inspect Franchisee's books and records, including electronic books and records, pertaining to Franchisee's provision of Cable Service in the franchise area at any time during normal business hours and on a nondisruptive basis, as are reasonably necessary to ensure compliance with the terms of this Franchise Agreement. Such notice shall specifically reference the Franchisee’s section or subsection which is under review, so that Franchisee may organize the necessary books and records for appropriate access by the Town. Franchisee shall not be required to maintain any books and records for franchise compliance purposes longer than the current year plus three (3) years. The Franchisee shall maintain the records required to compute all operational and customer service compliance measures outlined in this Franchise to demonstrate that the measures are being met for at least four (4) consecutive quarters.
Operational Records. During the Term of this Agreement, and for five (5) years after I3's Processing any Product (unless a longer time is required by applicable law), I3 shall maintain records and samples necessary to evidence compliance with (a) all applicable governmental laws, regulations and other requirements relating to the manufacture of the Product; (b) relevant sections of the IND or NDA (whichever is applicable) relevant to the Product, and corresponding licenses, registrations, authorizations or approvals for foreign jurisdiction(s) as advised by NeoRx; and (c) the Product Specifications. I3 may also retain records with respect to its obligations and performance under this Agreement. I3 shall also maintain ongoing detailed and complete records relating to (a) Purchase Orders received, (b) raw materials purchased and stored, (c) Product manufactured, (d) manufacturing steps and processes, (e) quality assurance and quality control procedures for the Product, (f) qualification reports, (g) shipment of the product and any returns (h) disposal of Waste, and the like. I3 will provide reasonable access thereto to NeoRx from time to time upon NeoRx's reasonable request.
Operational Records. 5.3.3.5. Intellectual Property 5.3.3.6. Marketing Records
Operational Records. I3 shall maintain records necessary to evidence compliance with all applicable governmental laws, regulations and other requirements relating to the Processing of the Gemstones. I3 may also retain records with respect to its obligations and performance under this Agreement. I3 shall also maintain ongoing detailed and complete records relating to (a) Service Orders received, (b) raw materials purchased and stored, (c) Gemstones processed, (d) manufacturing steps and processes, (e) quality assurance and quality control procedures for the Gemstones, (f) qualification reports, (g) shipment of the Gemstones (h) disposal of Waste, and the like. I3 will provide reasonable access thereto to QTI from time to time upon QTI’s reasonable request.
Operational Records. (a) INIS shall maintain records necessary to evidence compliance with all applicable governmental laws, regulations, and other requirements relating to the manufacture of the Sources. INIS may also retain records with respect to its obligations and performance under this Agreement. INIS shall also maintain ongoing detailed and complete records relating to (i) Purchase Orders received, (ii) raw materials purchased and stored, (iii) Sources manufactured, (iv) manufacturing steps and processes, (v) quality assurance and quality control procedures for the Sources, (vi) qualification reports, (vii) shipment of the Sources and any returns (viii) disposal of Waste, and the like. INIS will provide reasonable record access to RadQual from time to time upon RadQual's reasonable request.
(b) RadQual shall maintain detailed records of all marketing and sales efforts. RadQual will provide reasonable access to such records to INIS from time to time upon INIS's reasonable request.
