Tab D – Factor 1, Technical Approach to Specified Functional Areas. The Offeror shall provide a clear, and concise description of the Offeror’s technical approach to the specified areas that require a high level of intellectual capability demonstrating the Offeror’s understanding of the requirements, associated risks, and integration of these areas; that the Offeror has the resources necessary to meet the requirements; and a valid, practical solution for meeting requirements.   • Technical Standards Applicable to a Wind Generating Plant i. Low Voltage Ride-Through (LVRT) Capability A wind generating plant shall be able to remain online during voltage disturbances up to the time periods and associated voltage levels set forth in the standard below. The LVRT standard provides for a transition period standard and a post-transition period standard.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specification Document This Agreement shall be interpreted with reference to the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.
