Volume I – General. The General Volume shall be organized as follows and contain the identified information. Failure to follow the below preparation instructions may cause your proposal to be deemed unacceptable by the Government.

Volume I – General. 1. The purpose of this volume is to provide information to the Government for preparing the contract document and supporting file(s).
Volume I – General. Tab A: Cover Lette. The cover letter, which shall not exceed three (3) pages, shall meet all the requirements of the “first page of the proposal” outlined in FAR 52.215-1(c)(2)(i-v). In addition to those requirements, the offeror shall include the following:  Title of the proposal  Volume Number (I, II, III)  Proposal category (Technical Approach, Past Performance, Price Proposal)  Name and address of offeror, Cage Code, DUNS, Business Size and applicable Tax I.D. Number (TIN)  Identification if original or a copy of the proposal  Identification of all enclosures included with the proposal  Notice of any alterations to the solicitation, such as “fill-in” blocks and certifications  Proposal validity period of 180 calendar days from date of proposal submission. Tab B: Table of Contents. The table of contents should provide sufficient detail as to allow the important elements to be easily located. The use of tabs and dividers is encouraged. Tab C: Exceptions/Assumptions (if required). Identification and explanation of any exceptions or deviations. Additionally, any assumptions used in the proposal preparation must be identified. Tab D: SF 33. The SF 33 shall be fully completed upon submission. The offeror shall acknowledge any amendments to the RFP in accordance with the instructions in the SF 30. Tab E: Representation, Certification, and Other Statements of Offerors. The offeror shall ensure that the required provisions stated above are submitted thoroughly completed with all blocks in each certification/representation completed truthfully and completely. Tab F: Technical Non-Disclosure Agreement. The offeror shall ensure the required fields within Attachment J-1 Technical Non-Disclosure Agreement are completed.
Volume I – General. L.6.1.1 Executive Summary. The first page (or pages) of the Executive Summary shall be completed IAW FAR Clause 52.215-1(c)(2) (“first page” and “title page” as described in this clause are considered the “Executive Summary” for the purposes of this solicitation); the Statement of Compliance identified in L.6.1.4 shall replace the statement described at 52.215- 1(c)(2)(iii). The Executive Summary shall include the Offeror’s CAGE Code and DUNS and whether or not your firm (under the UAS IMS applicable CAGE Code) is listed in the OFCCP’s National Preaward Registry (xxxxx://xxxxx.xxx-xxx.xxx/preaward/pa_reg.html).
Volume I – General. The PCO will conduct a responsibility determination IAW FAR 9.103, FAR 9.104 (standards to be determined responsible), and FAR 9.105-2. In accordance with FAR 19.602-1 offerors that are deemed NOT responsible will be referred to the Small Business Administration for a Certificate of Competency (CoC). The following will also be considered as part of the responsibility determination: - Accounting System must be determined “adequate”. - Total Compensation Plan IAW FAR Clause 52.222-46. - Flight and Ground Operations Procedure IAW M.8.1. - Offeror provided information relating to solicitation Section I, Contract Clauses, and Section K, Representations, Certifications, and other Statements of Offerors. It is noted, that a CoC from the SBA annotating responsibility does not warrant award to the small business offeror. It’s simply indicating that in the event the apparent awardee is selected, the CoC may be used for their responsibility determination.

  • Switching and Tagging Rules Each Party shall provide the other Parties a copy of its switching and tagging rules that are applicable to the other Parties’ activities. Such switching and tagging rules shall be developed on a non-discriminatory basis. The Parties shall comply with applicable switching and tagging rules, as amended from time to time, in obtaining clearances for work or for switching operations on equipment.

  • Compressed Work Week The Company and Union recognize the concept of the compressed work week. It is further understood that the compressed work week conditions will apply only to those departments that are on the compressed work week.

  • Minimum Shipping Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall ship, deliver, or provide ordered goods and services within a commercially reasonable time after acceptance of the order. If a delay in delivery is anticipated, Vendor shall notify the TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and provide an updated estimated time for completion. The TIPS Member may cancel the order if the delay is not commercially acceptable or not consistent with the Supplemental Agreement applicable to the order.

  • Volume of TIPS Sales Nothing in this Agreement or any TIPS communication may be construed as a guarantee that TIPS or TIPS Members will submit any TIPS orders to Vendor at any time.
