Excess/Umbrella Liability Policies Required insurance coverage limits may be provided through a combination of primary and excess/umbrella liability policies. If coverage limits are provided through excess/umbrella liability policies, then a Schedule of underlying insurance listing policy information for all underlying insurance policies (insurer, policy number, policy term, coverage and limits of insurance), including proof that the excess/umbrella insurance follows form must be provided after renewal and/or upon request.
University Policies Contractor shall, at no additional cost to the University, comply with all policies and procedures of the University. Current policies are available at xxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/ and include without limitation, the University’s smoking policy available at xxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/2011/06/02/smoking/. In the event the University establishes new policies or procedures following execution of the contract, or makes modifications to policies or procedures in existence at the time of contract execution, Contractor shall comply with such new or modified policies or procedures upon written notice.
Safety Policy Each employer is required by law to have a safety policy and program. TIR will ask for and may require a copy of that policy and program.
Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors. Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property. Workplace Safety Insurance 6.1 For the purposes of Article 41.2 (Workplace Safety & Insurance) of the Central Collective Agreement “sixty-five (65) working days” shall be deemed to be (471¼ or 520) hours.
Umbrella Policies Contractor may satisfy basic coverage limits through any combination of basic coverage and umbrella insurance.

Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (a) A Nurse who is injured while at work and as a result of such injury is certified by a medical doctor as unfit to complete the working day, shall receive pay at the regular rate for time lost on the day that such injury is sustained and no deduction will be made from sick leave credits with respect to that particular working day.
Travel Accident Insurance We agree to provide you with Travel Accident Insurance at no direct cost to you. You, your spouse and unmarried dependent children will be automatically insured against accidental bodily injuries or death while riding in any aircraft or land or water conveyance operated by a common carrier licensed to carry passengers for hire provided the full travel fare(s) has been charged to your Account. Death benefits will be paid to the estate of the insured; all other benefits will be paid to the insured. This insurance is subject to cancellation without prior notice. You understand and agree that the Certificate of Insurance controls all insurance terms and conditions to the exclusion of any statements made in this Agreement regarding limitations, exclusions, and claims procedures.
