TapouT Insurance. TapouT shall obtain and carry in full force and effect commercial general liability insurance, including product liability and errors and omissions insurance, which shall protect MPC with respect to any claims arising from the Products as well as from TapouT's performance of the Distribution Services, except for claims arising from MPC Marks and any other intellectual property supplied by MPC to TapouT for use in connection with the Products. Such insurance (i) shall be issued by an insurer licensed to practice in the State of California or an insurer pre- approved by MPC, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, (ii) shall list MPC as an additional insured thereunder, (iii) shall be endorsed to include product liability coverage, and (iv) shall require thirty (30) days written notice to be given to MPC prior to any cancellation or material change thereof. The limits of such insurance shall not be less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence with an aggregate of Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000) for bodily injury including death; One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence with an aggregate of Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000) for property damage; and One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence with an aggregate of Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000) for errors and omissions. TapouT shall provide MPC with certificates of insurance evidencing compliance with this section. TapouT shall continue to maintain such insurance after the expiration or termination of this Agreement during any period in which TapouT continues to sell or distribute the Products under this Agreement.

  • Umbrella Insurance During the term of this Contract, Supplier will maintain umbrella coverage over Employer’s Liability, Commercial General Liability, and Commercial Automobile. Minimum Limits: $2,000,000

  • Insurance The Company and the Subsidiaries are insured by insurers of recognized financial responsibility against such losses and risks and in such amounts as are prudent and customary in the businesses in which the Company and the Subsidiaries are engaged, including, but not limited to, directors and officers insurance coverage. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has any reason to believe that it will not be able to renew its existing insurance coverage as and when such coverage expires or to obtain similar coverage from similar insurers as may be necessary to continue its business without a significant increase in cost.

  • Travel Insurance The Employer shall provide and pay the full cost for travel insurance to cover all members of the bargaining unit for all modes of travel, in the amount of $200,000.00. The travel insurance policy shall also cover employees while on union business.

  • Fire Insurance The LESSEE shall not permit any use of the leased premises which will make voidable any insurance on the property of which the leased premises are a part, or on the contents of said property or which shall be contrary to any law or regulation from time to time established by the New England Fire Insurance Rating Association, or any similar body succeeding to its powers. The LESSEE shall on demand reimburse the LESSOR, and all other tenants, all extra insurance premiums caused by the LESSEE's use of the premises.

  • Group Insurance All employees covered by this Agreement shall receive the same group insurance benefits as provided to other County employees in accordance with the County Benefit Program.

  • Trauma Insurance All employees will be covered by an Incolink administered lump sum insurance policy providing financial compensation in the event of a major work related (ie. WorkCover) accident resulting in death or permanent total disablement. The full and precise conditions of this cover will be in accordance with the terms of the policy, but in general will provide that, in the event of a workplace accident occurring which results in either the death or total permanent disablement of a worker covered by this Agreement, a lump sum payment as specified below will made. The defined payments are: With dependants $250,000 Without dependants $150,000 This benefit has been agreed to by the company on the grounds that premium costs have been set at $7 per week/worker and will not exceed that amount. In the event of insurance costs rising, it is agreed that the table of defined benefits will be reduced so as to maintain the $7 premium figure. To maintain this cover the company agrees to pay the amounts every week for each employee.

  • Commercial Automobile Insurance If the Grantee’s duties include the use of a commercial vehicle, the Grantee shall maintain automobile liability, bodily injury, and property damage coverage. Insuring clauses for both bodily injury and property damage shall provide coverage on an occurrence basis. The Department, its employees, and officers shall be named as an additional insured on any automobile insurance policy. The minimum limits shall be as follows: $200,000/300,000 Automobile Liability for Company-Owned Vehicles, if applicable $200,000/300,000 Hired and Non-owned Automobile Liability Coverage

  • Accident Insurance It is highly recommended that either the Sending Institution or the Receiving Organisation/Enterprise provide insurance coverage to the trainee, and fill in the information in Table B or C accordingly. The trainee must be covered at least by an accident insurance (damages caused to the trainee at the workplace) and by a liability insurance (damages caused by the trainee at the workplace).

  • Travel Accident Insurance We agree to provide you with Travel Accident Insurance at no direct cost to you. You, your spouse and unmarried dependent children will be automatically insured against accidental bodily injuries or death while riding in any aircraft or land or water conveyance operated by a common carrier licensed to carry passengers for hire provided the full travel fare(s) has been charged to your Account. Death benefits will be paid to the estate of the insured; all other benefits will be paid to the insured. This insurance is subject to cancellation without prior notice. You understand and agree that the Certificate of Insurance controls all insurance terms and conditions to the exclusion of any statements made in this Agreement regarding limitations, exclusions, and claims procedures.

  • Tail Insurance Buyer shall deliver evidence of its tail insurance coverage required by Section 6.13 hereof.
