Taranaki District. 8.1 Taranaki District shall provide 21 days’ annual leave to employees with up to five years’ service. 8.2 ON CALL If an employee is required to be on call it is expected they are to be able to report to the laboratory within 20 minutes. Accommodation will be provided at the employer’s expense if an employee who resides outside this range is required to be on call.
