YOUR USAGE. You will ensure that Your use of the Service Offerings will not violate any of the Policies or any applicable law or any illegal, unethical or malicious activity. Prohibited usage includes, but is not limited to, crypto-mining, the sending of unsolicited bulk email (spamming); exploiting the Site for cyber-attacks on our and third-party computer systems; traffic snooping; violation or exploitation of any internationally recognized human right, exploring or exploiting vulnerabilities in the Site. You are solely responsible for the development, content, operation, maintenance, and use of Your Content.

YOUR USAGE. The E-ISAC monitors and collects Users’ Portal usage data to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Portal. Furthermore, the E-ISAC also monitors and collects usage data relating to any Portal related communications to Users from the E-ISAC and/or Portal, including, but not limited to, emails, newsletters, and postings.
YOUR USAGE. You will have access to the Platform for the sole purpose of listing the products and prices that you are offering to potential customers. All postings will be made by you and may be amended or modified by you from time to time. You will not charge a customer using the Platform any amount that differs from the amount listed by you on the Platform, subject to any refunds as noted in Item 10 below or promotions as noted in Item 11 below. Byppo will not be responsible for any errors or the accuracy of any postings that you make. Byppo will, however, have the right to restrict or exclude

YOUR USAGE. (A) You will not upload Content that You do not have the right to make available under any applicable law, contractual or fiduciary relationship. You will not upload Content which infringes any intellectual property right or privacy right of any party. Further, You will not upload Content that contains open source software, software viruses, or any software code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of the Service. You will also not upload Content designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, telecommunications or reports from the Intel Geospatial platform. (B) You may not conduct any illegal, unethical or malicious activity on the Intel Geospatial platform. (C) Prohibited usage includes, but is not limited to, (1) crypto-mining; (2) breaching or otherwise circumventing any security or authentication measures; (3) sending of unsolicited bulk email (spamming); (4) exploiting the Service for cyber-attacks on our or third-party computer systems; (5) using the Services for activities where use of the Services could lead to physical damage, death, or personal injury; (6) traffic snooping; (7) violating or exploiting any internationally recognized human right; (8) exploring or exploiting vulnerabilities in the Service; (9) uploading Content or any other data that (a) contains personally identifiable information including but not limited to images of people or vehicle license plates; (b) is related to nuclear, biological or chemical end uses; or (c) is related to law enforcement, national security, military, defense or foreign policy objectives; or (d) is for a purpose prohibited by the United States government or other governing jurisdiction; (10) accessing any part of the Service, including any APIs, geocode APIs, geocode or Content not made available to you.
YOUR USAGE. The E-ISAC monitors and collects Authorized Usersusage data to promote, provide, maintain, protect, and improve the E-ISAC application. Furthermore, the E-ISAC also monitors and collects usage data relating to any E-ISAC Application-related communications to Authorized Users from the E-ISAC and/or the E-ISAC Application, including, but not limited to, emails, newsletters, and postings. The E-ISAC may, in its sole discretion, share lists of its Authorized Users and/or Authorized Users’ organizations with third parties to advance the E-ISAC’s mission and as required by law. By using an E-ISAC Application, you expressly acknowledge and consent to the E-ISAC’s tracking, collecting, and using information as described herein relating to Your use of the E-ISAC Application and E-ISAC Application-related communications.

  • Leave Usage Full shift absences on vacation, sick leave, compensating time off, or holiday in lieu taken by employees on a scheduled twelve-hour workshift shall result in the deduction of twelve (12) hours from the employees’ accrued leave balances.

  • Other Usages The following usages shall apply in interpreting this Agreement: (i) references to a governmental or quasigovernmental agency, authority or instrumentality shall also refer to a regulatory body that succeeds to the functions of such agency, authority or instrumentality; and (ii) “including” means “including, but not limited to.”

  • General Availability The commitment to availability specified in the letter of appointment shall be subject to mutually acceptable revision. Such revision will occur once per year, or, if mutually agreed between the Employer and the employee, on a more frequent basis. The Employer will issue a revised letter of appointment to reflect approved changes to employee’s general availability.

  • Personal Car Usage 7.1 Personal vehicle usage will be reimbursed in an amount equal to the standard mileage rate allowed by the IRS. 7.2 Per code of Federal Regulations, Title 26, Subtitle A, Chapter 1, Subchapter B, Part IX, Section 274(d), all expense reimbursement requests must include the following: 7.2.1.1 Date 7.2.1.2 Destination 7.2.1.3 Purpose 7.2.1.4 Name of traveler(s) 7.2.1.5 Correspondence that verifies business purpose of the expense 7.3 The mileage for a personal vehicle must document the date, location of travel to/from, number of miles traveled and purpose of trip. 7.4 Mileage will be reimbursed on the basis of the most commonly used route. 7.5 Reimbursement for mileage shall not exceed the cost of a round trip coach airfare. 7.6 Reimbursement for mileage shall be prohibited between place of residence and usual place of work. 7.7 Mileage should be calculated from employee’s regular place of work or their residence, whichever is the shorter distance when traveling to a meeting or traveling to Williamson County, Texas for vendors who are located outside of the Williamson County Courthouse, 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000 by at least a 45-mile radius. 7.8 When more than one person travels in same vehicle, only one person may claim mileage reimbursement. 7.9 Tolls, if reasonable, are reimbursable. Receipts are required for reimbursement. If a receipt is not obtainable, then written documentation of expense must be submitted for reimbursement (administrative fees on Tolls will not be reimbursed). 7.10 Parking fees, if reasonable are reimbursable for meetings and hotel stays. For vendors who contract with a third party for visitor parking at vendor’s place of business, Williamson County will not reimburse a vendor based on a percentage of its contracted visitor parking fees. Rather, Williamson County will reimburse Vendor for visitor parking on an individual basis for each time a visitor uses Vendor’s visitor parking. Receipts are required for reimbursement. If a receipt is not obtainable, then written documentation of expense must be submitted for reimbursement. 7.11 Operating and maintenance expenses as well as other personal expenses, such as parking tickets, traffic violations, and car repairs and collision damage are not reimbursable.

  • Excess Usage If during a Billing Period, In Energy is greater than zero (0), then Excess Usage for that Billing Period will be calculated. If Excess Usage is greater than zero (0), then for the Facility and any secondary account at the conclusion of that Billing Period: (i) kilowatt-hour usage will equal the value of Excess Usage and (ii) Unused Credits are equal to zero (0). If Excess Usage is equal to zero (0), then for the Facility and secondary accounts at the conclusion of that Billing Period: (i) kilowatt-hour usage is equal to zero (0) and (ii) Unused Credits are reduced by the value of In Energy, determined for that Billing Period, and that reduced value, in accordance with paragraph (C) Unused Credits of this Article IV, will remain for possible future application.

  • High Availability Registry Operator will conduct its operations using network and geographically diverse, redundant servers (including network-­‐level redundancy, end-­‐node level redundancy and the implementation of a load balancing scheme where applicable) to ensure continued operation in the case of technical failure (widespread or local), or an extraordinary occurrence or circumstance beyond the control of the Registry Operator. Registry Operator’s emergency operations department shall be available at all times to respond to extraordinary occurrences.

  • Minimum Availability Borrower shall have minimum availability immediately following the initial funding in the amount set forth on the Schedule.

  • Undrawn Availability After giving effect to the initial Advances hereunder, Borrowers shall have Undrawn Availability of at least $10,000,000;
