Task Grade. A (Civils, Building and Services), employees will commence employment on an entry rate. After 12 weeks of continued employment with the same contractor, employees will be paid the IDZ Rate as is contained in Annexures H 1 and L.

ROCK GRADATION TYPES Purchaser shall manufacture rock in accordance with the types and amounts listed in the ROCK LIST. Rock must meet the following specifications for gradation and uniform quality when placed in hauling vehicles. Purchaser shall provide a sieve analysis upon request from the Contract Administrator.
Student Grades Teachers have the responsibility for assigning student grades as earned by the student through established criteria. Teachers also have the responsibility to maintain records that reflect criteria for those grades given.
Voice Grade Either an analog signal of 300 to 3000 Hz or a digital signal of 56/64 kilobits per second. When referring to digital Voice Grade service (a 56-64 kbps channel), the terms "DS0" or "sub-DS1" may also be used.
Industry Ratings The City will only accept coverage from an insurance carrier who offers proof that it:

Contract Goals A. For purposes of this procurement, OGS conducted a comprehensive search and determined that the Contract does not offer sufficient opportunities to set goals for participation by MWBEs as subcontractors, service providers, or suppliers to Contractor. Contractor is, however, encouraged to make every good faith effort to promote and assist the participation of MWBEs on this Contract for the provision of services and materials. Client Categorisation 4.1. The client understands and accepts that each category of Clients has its individual level of regulative protection acknowledging that Retail Clients have the highest level of protection whereas Professional Clients and Eligible Counterparties are considered to be more experienced, informed, skilled and able to estimate their risk, therefore are provided with a lower level of protection.

Grades At the end of each semester, students shall receive a final grade report that shall become a part of their permanent record. The College District’s grading system shall apply to all courses: A (90-100) - Excellent B (80-89) - Good C (70-79) - Average D (60-69) - Poor F (Below 60) - Failure I Incomplete Q Dropped W Dropped Due to Good Cause or Withdrawal from College CR Credit P Pass NP Not Passing FS Academic Fresh Start I - Incomplete: indicates that the coursework was incomplete because of serious illness or other justified emergency. The instructor shall change the grade of “I” to a grade based on the work completed for the course in addition to the work specified in the course completion contract. All incomplete work shall be completed within 90 days of the start of the next long semester. Failure to complete the work specified in the course completion contract shall result in a grade of zero, which shall be factored into the final grade calculation with appropriate weighting relative to other course grades.
Rating The Notes can be issued without the requirement that they have any rating from a nationally recognized statistical rating organization.
