Interior Signage. Subject to Landlord's reasonable prior written approval, and provided all signs are in keeping with the quality, design and style of the Building and Project, Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, may install identification signage anywhere in the Premises including in the elevator lobby of the Premises, provided that such signs must not be visible from the exterior of the Building.

Interior Signage. Tenant shall also have the right to place signs or banners in the windows of the Premises, provided same are professionally done.
Interior Signage. Landlord shall install, at Tenant’s expense, appropriate signage containing Tenant’s name on entrance doors to the Premises, and, provided that at all times Tenant leases all of the Rentable Area on individual floors of the Premises, on the walls of the elevator lobbies on each floor of the Premises leased solely by Tenant. Any such signage will be designed and constructed in a manner compatible with Building standard signage and graphics criteria and shall be subject to Landlord’s prior approval which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. The out-of- pocket cost of Landlord’s review of plans and specifications for such signs shall be borne by Tenant and Tenant shall pay such cost and the cost of installation to Landlord no later than ten (10) days following Landlord’s delivery to Tenant of an invoice for such costs. Except as otherwise provided herein, no other signs or any other advertising media of any type which can be viewed from the exterior of the Premises shall be permitted. If, at any time, Tenant does not lease all of the Rentable Area on any floor of the Premises hereunder, Tenant’s rights under this Section 29.2 to install and maintain signage on the walls of the elevator lobbies within such floor shall thereupon terminate, and Tenant shall promptly remove all such signage and repair and restore the walls to their prior condition, at Tenant’s expense. Tenant shall not, without the consent of Landlord, use the name of the Building or the Park Place Project for any purpose other than as the address of the business to be conducted by Tenant in the Premises.
Interior Signage. All letters and numerals on doors or other signs on the Premises shall be in the standard form of graphics for the Building, and no others shall be used or permitted without Landlord’s prior written consent, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed. Furthermore, Tenant shall not place signs on or in the Premises which are visible from outside the Premises. Tenant’s name and suite number shall be included by Landlord on the lobby directory for the Building, at Landlord’s cost.
Interior Signage. HBASJV encourages signage, displays and other promotion of members in good standing with the Association. Sub-Contractor and Suppliers displays should be prepared and presented in a professional manner. All interior signage and displays are allowed at the discretion of the Builder.

Interior Signage. Lessor will provide Lessee, if so requested by Lessee, and at Lessee’s cost (using building standard materials and design) the following interior signage: (a) one (1) tenant suite sign located at the entrance to Lessee’s Premises; and (b) one (1) directory strip sign located in the Building lobby. Both signs will be provided for the display of the name and location of the Lessee of the Building shown in Section 1.1(b), and Lessor reserves the right to exclude any other names therefrom.
Interior Signage. All signage needed for occupancy and the core functions of the building – Base building core signage (code required), base building life safety signage, supplemental facility signs (non-code required) and specialized signage.
Interior Signage. Tenant may, at its sole cost and expense, install, “entry suite” signage that depicts the name and logo of Tenant, any Permitted Occupant that is then occupying the floor of the Building in question, and any clients of Tenant or any Permitted Occupant in the elevator lobbies on the floors (other than the ground floor) in which the Premises are situated and/or adjacent to the doors to the Premises (other than on the ground floor), provided Tenant, at its sole cost and expense clean and maintain such signage in good order and condition. Landlord’s approval for the aesthetics of such signage (e.g., the lettering, content, size, medium, design and colors, as opposed to the method of attachment and other physical aspects of such signage) shall not be required for the installation of any such signage in any elevator lobby of any floor the Building occupied by Tenant (it being agreed that Landlord shall have no approval rights of signage, artwork, media and the like within the Premises). Landlord will list Tenant’s name and name of any Tenant Affiliates occupying the Premises in the Building electronic directory.
