Extra Trips A. Field trips (extra trips) shall be provided by rotation on a list composed of regular drivers who volunteer in descending order of classification seniority (defined in Article 39).
Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.
Curriculum Equivalencies The following suggested course sequence includes all course requirements for this articulation agreement following admission to the College of Allied Health Sciences BS Respiratory Therapy (Online) program. You should consult with an academic advisor each semester to ensure you maintain appropriate degree progress and are fulfilling all requirements for the agreement. Course sequencing below assumes a fall start date. Field Trips Orange COUNTY funds may not be used to support any overnight and/or out of Central Florida travel, unless approved by the COUNTY’S Manager of the CCC or designee in advance. The AGENCY must have on file for field trip(s) that each participant, adult or minor, must have a signed release of liability form releasing the COUNTY from any liability. If the participant is a minor, the release must be signed by a parent/guardian. Central Florida is defined as Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Brevard, Lake, Polk, and Volusia Counties.
Develop programs 1) The Employer will develop and implement health promotion and health education programs, subject to the availability of resources. Each Appointing Authority will develop a health promotion and health education program consistent with the Minnesota Management & Budget policy. Upon request of any exclusive representative in an agency, the Appointing Authority shall jointly meet and confer with the exclusive representative(s) and may include other interested exclusive representatives. Agenda items shall include but are not limited to smoking cessation, weight loss, stress management, health education/self-care, and education on related benefits provided through the health plan administrators serving state employees.

Transporting Students Teachers shall not be required to transport a student in a private vehicle on behalf of the school.
Development Plans 4.3.1 For each Licensed Indication and corresponding Licensed Product in the Field, Licensee will prepare and deliver to Licensor a development plan and budget (each a “Development Plan”). Casual Nurses i) It is understood that casual Nurses do not have normal hours of work. All assignments for the next day will be faxed by the office by 1630h.
