Teacher Safety. A. Every reasonable effort will be made to provide an adequate, wholesome and safe environment which is conducive to the education process. B. A student who intimidates, threatens or physically assaults anyone shall be immediately removed from that teacher’s classroom in accordance with applicable Federal and State laws and district discipline policy.
